Hello, and thank you very much for your interest and support.My name is Haruka CC (CC), and I am a Live2D rigger with professional experience since 2021.

✦ Live2D Model Commission Guidelines✦

1. General Notes● Every artist has their own style and workflow; the final model will reflect my interpretation and execution.
● I do not offer replication services and do not accept comparisons with other models.
● Model quality heavily depends on the original artwork (PSD).
● Face tracking has inherent limitations; minor differences between mouth shapes and real-life expressions are normal.
● This commission is not suitable for clients with extremely strict detail requirements.2. Custom Commission
This is the primary commission type currently offered. All ongoing projects are produced based on this level of quality and standard.Before proceeding with a commission, it is recommended that you review my previous works to ensure that my overall style aligns with your expectations.The model will be evaluated and adjusted based on the following factors:Artwork (PSD) quality

TimelineWithin a feasible scope, I will aim to achieve a balanced result between overall quality and production cost, in order to reach the most suitable final outcome.Difference from “Kitten Maid” ModelThe Custom Commission model differs from the “Kitten Maid” high-end model in the following aspects:Art style and illustrator level
Overall content volume and complexity
Production timeline (high-end projects typically take 6–12 months)
Final performance (also influenced by usage methods and face-tracking setup)● Standard commissions are not directly comparable to “Kitten Maid,” including: Original artwork quality (differences will affect final model performance)

● Estimated production time: Standard commissions: at least ~4 weeks (may increase depending on content; does not include revisions)● Delays may occur due to: PSD submission delays, modifications, or additions

○ Force majeure or external factors● Any schedule changes will be communicated in advance.
● No progress videos will be provided during production to maintain professional quality.4. Revisions● Each revision cycle takes approximately 1 week.● Revision scope includes only: Confirmed BUGs

● Extra work beyond the scope will incur additional fees.
● Paid face-tracking support is available.5. Refunds / Cancellation● After deposit: 50% refund upon cancellation.
● Mid-production cancellation: no refund for completed work.
● If production cannot continue due to the artist, refund will be negotiated based on progress.● Refunds are not provided for: Subjective dissatisfaction

✦ Standard Commissions – Live2D ModelFull-body model with base VBridger parameters💰 Starting at 2,200 USD
Additional features such as extra outfits, hairstyles, props, or expression/motion toggles can be quoted separately.
Please provide your PSD file for an accurate estimate.Optional Add-ons:

✦ Live2D Model Commission Process✦

1. Budget
● Provide your acceptable budget range.
● If the budget matches → I will provide an initial quote.
● Confirm the quote and pay the deposit → schedule is locked.
● After PSD submission, final quote can be adjusted; itemized breakdown can be provided if requested.2. PSD
● PSD and all requirements must be submitted at least 30 days before production starts.
● Once PSD is confirmed → final quote → waiting for production.
● During the waiting period, only 2 modifications are allowed; no additional work is accepted after production begins.3. Payment & Refunds
● Payment is in stages: deposit (to secure commission) + final payment (after model delivery but before revisions).
● Schedule not reserved if deposit is unpaid.
● Mid-production cancellation → no refund for completed work.
● If the artist cancels → refund negotiated based on progress.
● After deposit: cancel → 50% refund; no refund after commission completion without valid reason.4. Production
● Estimated production time: 30–60 days (depending on content).
● No progress videos are provided; you can contact me anytime (weekend replies may be slower).
● Once completed → deliver model package & demo video → pay final payment → revisions.5. Delivery
● VTS model package

● VBridger preset (if applicable)6. Revisions
● Limited to: BUG fixes, physics issues, visual optimizations.
● Not accepted: major mouth or body changes, repeated or excessive revisions.
● Extra scope modifications incur additional fees; paid face-tracking support is available.

●Commission Details Include a sketch if available, or provide a detailed textual description of your requirements.
●Preferred Deadlines Specify both the earliest possible start date and the latest expected delivery date.
